As a team, we have worked together for many years, be that in law firms or other recruitment firms, so we understand both the business of law and the world of recruitment.

Founded at the end of 2021, the Holland Park team is made up of discreet, experienced and trusted professionals who not only enjoy working together but who also have a strong track record of working in the leading law firms and finding the best legal talent for clients and the best homes for candidates. We are down-to-earth and honest in our approach. We never try and push a round peg into a square hole and we listen to, and work with, our clients and candidates. Our clients and our candidates are at the heart of what we do and how we do it. Our philosophy and approach is that it’s not about us, it’s about you.
